Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart, LLP is one of the oldest established firms in our area. The Firm was established in 1935 in the city of Meridian. In 1977, we opened an office in Waynesboro, MS.

RSG&S is composed of five partners, three of counsel, thirteen accounting staff and many support staff. The Firm has demonstrated professional growth over the past years and is proud of its accomplishments and the quality of its staff.

RSG&S is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Division for CPA Firms, a nationwide division of firms that undergo regular peer reviews of their systems for maintaining quality in accounting and auditing practice.

RSG&S is very active in the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants on the state and local level. In addition to professional organizations, Firm members are supportive of community and religious organizations and activities.
